"Another agent from State Farm would not call me back and had cancelled my renters insurance due to a screw up in mailing the notice. I picked Sam Wheeler out of a list of agents. Called snd immediately was connected with Mr Wheelers agents, Briana. I explained my dilemma and within thirty minutes she had me enrolled back into State Farm Renters insurance and got me auto payment with my Wells Fargo bank.
